Re: The Swank Diet for MS

I did the Swank Diet for a few years, vitamins and all. I hate meat but
missed pizza! (gluten and dairy) Yes I felt much better than before being on
it!! Everyone is different. If I eat salmon tonight I'll feel great
tomorrow, if I eat ice-cream I'll be out of it for the next few days. With
time on the diet you learn which foods to avoid. Can it cure you - doubt
that but you will feel better and who knows it might slow
MS down.
Good luck!

I always get puzzled by the xxx xxxxs in this group. They seem to have a
vested interest to insist on their point of view. They have attacked me
for
the school I went to, my gender, definitely their stereo type of my
religion
and their Love of our fearless leader. Its quite possible that a number
different conditions are being classified as MS, some of these are
reacting
good to Swank diet, limiting some allergens, stress limitations... . Only
the xxx xxxxs like to think they know it all and Jesus has blessed them
and
its their God given duty to "cure" you. Just remember Gallelio.

Well, I must say - the vitriol that exudes from your mouth is
astounding.
Yes, my experience with MS has so far been a short one - however, you
have
shown me how judgemental and narrow minded someone with MS can become.
So
far, I have chosen to deal with my diagnosis with diet. As a person
with
MS "Sylv" - I would have thought you could be a little more sensitive.
Congratulations, I am leaving this news group!!!!!!!!

Oh, wow. A whole YEAR. A whole year. . .now THAT''S a reliable
statistic for you!

I wonder if you'll be singing the same tune 5 years, 10 years, 20 years
from now.

I highly doubt it.
