I know, I know, a million times I know.
Of all the sucky things this damn disease has done to me, this "loss of
control" has to be the absolute worst.
Yeah, I KNOW it's not our fault, but I am still mortified at the
thought of these embarassing incidents.
I take Ditropan 3 times a day, and I know it's doing something because
of what happens when I forget it.
I try to contol this problem with diet and fluid restriction. Read
somewhere that this is "self-doctoring." I call it common sense.
Sheesh, I KNOW what will happen if I drink a quart of coffee and then
try to go somewhere.
Depends. Hate to use them, but I won't go anywhere without wearing one
and a spare in my bag. Saved my *** (ha, ha) a few times.
Somebody mentioned self-cathing, but I cut this out years ago when a
doctor told me that it was causing all those UTIs I was getting.
I know this totally sucks. . .totally.
Hope you can figure out something to make the problem a *little* less
active.
I have, and when I screw up the diet and liquid restrictions, I pay big
time.
Sylvia
