Great article Rose. Hindsight is 20/20. What will we be saying 13
years from now?
I am just learning about the ABCRs, and I admit that Betaseron is at
the bottom of my list as I choose which drug to start taking. I have
no idea why, it just is :)
With a spinal tap result based diagnosis that is 9 days old (MRI
diagnosis is 15 days old) it suddenly hit me that I have no idea which
form of the disease I have. Since I am in total remission after my
Solumedrol treatment, I guess I am relapse-remitting until further
notice. The 2 neuros I have seen never mentioned the type. They just
said MS. I was told that I may be diagnosed by another neuro as having
"Clinically Isolated Syndrome". Damn. I need to read more. That is
the most depressing part of this whole thing. The more I read, the
less I know.
