They didnt allow anything to happen. ALL the residents were ORDERED to
evacuate. Cant blame the mayor for idiots staying behind.

People are stupid. All the ones who are dead and who will die, are up the
creek, because of their refusal to follow orders. The simple explanation...
people are stupid. Evacuate means evacuate. Not hang around and see if
your lucky enough to survive. Regardless, I feel bad, even for the looters,
who will soon die as well.
