Rose, that's hard to believe, you, uninformed? I have taken EPO for years, a
neuro suggested up to 8 capsules a day for fatigue. I don't know if it helps
much or not. I only take two a day now as I have enough pills to swallow. Since
I am long past the teenage acne years, that has not been a problem.
