I've always had 'tight' muscles, even before MS. Besides what's been
suggested, I have good luck with bananas (potassium), and my calcium,
magnesium, and zinc combo vitamin.

I do take baclofen but have discovered that the stiffness isn't always
an MS issue. I take medication for asthma that lowers the potassium
levels in my body. Causes muscle cramps and also arrhythmias if it
gets too low.
