I'll never forget the Rijsttafel in Amsterdam when one of your countrymen tricked me into putting a really, really hot Sambal on my rice ...

Sambals can really vary in "hotness" ;-)

But that is a VERY long time ago.

Are you Scandinavian? Dont have many Indonesian restaurants in these parts, I think..
