Walnut fat profile is:

  9.4% SFAs
13.8% MUFAs
72.3% PUFAs (19.2% n3, 80.6% n6)

I think what Peabody was to was the ratio of omega 6/omega 3. Walnuts
rate much better in that regard than most other foods. But you are
correct - both omega3 and omega6 are PUFAs.
