Absolutely no chance of development there, Kate. A few years ago a 95
acre
block with a small house on it got auctioned off (owner developed
Alzheimers
and wife had to sell). The reserve price was $310,000. It got passed
in in
about ten minutes. There were no bidders - just some locals sticky
beaking.

If you ever visit the place, Rod, I can give you a long list of places to
visit - places which foreign tourists pay megabucks to visit. Recently we
have been having all our holidays on our block in that area, as there are so
many lovely places to see within 100km.
