G'day Jan, G'day Susan,
Please let me state something here. Each of you have at times had
some angst against people in a way I don't approve of. I accept
that this is more my problem than anyone else's. I would also
like to acknowledge that both of you have on numerous occasions
given me very good and useful advice, as well as a lot of
psychological support. For that I'd like to thank you deeply. It
is unfortunate that the "fog of war" or, should I say, "the fog
of the usenet" has had you at each others' throats. Me? I'll
continue to appreciate advice and help from both of you. I wish
both of you all the best in life. Henry
Well it works two ways Henry. If one can't acknowledge that they
play a big part in causing (provable) problems and false
allegations then its a waste, but I am happy you tried. I am a
reactive person, especially when its my personal integrity at
issue. I give back what I get and I guess I always will. I am
sorry if that upsets you but I am what I am.

Yams aren't low carb :)
Popeye is known as the spinach man, should be low carb enough for
anyone. :-)
who says , you , ok , doctor chung
Spinach is pretty low carb though perhaps not the ideal green.
I agree Yams and sweet potatoes aren't low carb.

Lots of nutritional value in yams, though in a serving there's only 1
gram of sugar.
Some folks like to add marshmallows and/or brown sugar to them. Then
they're really really high carbs!
I prefer them with butter melted over them. Everything in moderation.
Marshmallows belong on the end of a long stick lightly browned over a
campfire. I have no use at all for brown sugar.
One cup has 37 grams of carbohydrate. I was shocked on the carotene
level that it was low as it is.
