Well I am stressing. Its got the blood pressure up. 150/90.
I'll have buy some meter strips. I suppose stress
drives up BG? I don't suppose this would lower blood glucose.
Relax I tell myself but it doesn't
work............................Trig
I heard a report on radio many years ago stating that stress was
indeed one
of the biggest causes of death. In my opinion even people who tell you
they
"thrive on stress" or "need some stress" are kidding themselves.

If I am any example, it is bad.
Another day, another morning BP which is better if not ideal at 130/81
and a pulse
of 63. I still feel somewhat in stress mode. Maybe a trip into town
for strips. Should I further limit the coffee?
Trig
Went to bed late. I am still wound up like a clock. I had a glass of
wine rather late and it still lingers in the system. I'll be the BG
will
go up or be going up due to the morning dump. Or not. The BG is
86! So I am wrong for now.
BP is OK for me though not ideal at 126/84 with a pulse of 76.
Things to do today, no exercise........................Trig
I'll have my morning coffee/crossword combination (all good stress relief)
then catch a train to visit some IBM mates (more stress relief, especially
when I think I'm no longer at IBM). Unfortunately I'll have to do my 10
kilometres - moderately intensive - on exercise bike - while watching TV.
That is a necessary fact of life, no matter how the body is protesting. I
rarely measure my bp these days. It is around your figures - sometimes
lower, sometimes higher.
Henry
