10 minutes........ if only it were that simple Kurt
my walks are a min of 1 hour/day, not including walking to the grocery
store and back, or wherever that isn't 'exercise' time
and lets see........ i was outside, stripping the paint from my house,
working about 3 to 4 hours a day, 7 days a week for 3 months, then
went on vacation (camping, you sit outside) and came back for my blood work
and was found to be only just at the bottom end of 'acceptable' Vit D
levels
but that is anecdotal
PubMed had an article indicating that black folks who worked out
doors, living in Atlanta were found to be Vit D deficient
and they had an article on converting broccoli to gold, forgot where it is
.
