got ya, and i forgot that
but, if your K is too high, that is going to skew your electrolyte balance
so.......... what was the salt that Susan mentioned........ it would be my next step
apologies for not paying more attention, all i know is that i went thru 30 years of cramps like this and one day they just stopped.........i no longer work up in the middle of the night with tears running down my face as i jumped out of bed to 'work that muscle' and then massage it to stop the cramps
the Dr's told me they couldn't help me...............
