Ineresting, as my endo suggested I take ita tnight(right before bed) so
any tste repeats would occur while sleepng. Remember, you are not taking
this from a spoon out of the bottle anymore. It comes in a nice gel
covering so it doesn't react quite so quickly as grandma's spoonful.

hmm, ok, i'm going to try the gel cap at night. You are SO right, that
spoonful was............... gag............ followed quickly by some
orange juice! We didn't get our orange juice (spiked with fluoride in
later years) until we had that huge spoon of cod liver oil.

Back in my childhood Poland the children used to be given something called
"tran". I think it was whale oil - some equivalent of cod liver oil. I was
never sure if this was given because it did any good, or as a punishment.
