Sorry, I've mentioned it several times and I'm not the only one.

If I find a diet that maintains my weight, but then one day drink
large amounts of not-fresh coffee, my calories out will greatly
increase, and it won't be just a tidbit. If I continue that sort of coffee drinking, without changing my calories in, I will lose weight.
