No one "suggests that someone who tested oatmeal for breakfast
and found it did not cause BG spikes shouldn't eat if for
breakfast". It is phrased as "diabetics shouldn't eat
oatmeal." Maybe that's why you have never seen it.

Kurt, meet Chris "Logical Fallacies R Us"/"Dishonest R Us"
Malcolm!
It's so pathetically transparent that he has to falsify his
'opponent''s position/statements, in order to (try to) have
anything resembling an actual argument.
It always amazes me that something as simple as "oatmeal" can turn
into such a firestorm. Carbs are carbs, and there seems to be a
few in here who want to demonize them so much as to do whatever it
takes to deny that it simply comes down to YMMV. The ADA article
made sure to mention that "For some people, oatmeal is the perfect
quick breakfast.
For others, it causes blood glucose spikes." It is not telling
everyone to eat oatmeal, only that it might be a good choice for
some.
Stop using logic!
He's not, he is lying about what is actually being posted in the
group.
Damian
Ya think? Archives say otherwise. When you read every post, every day
for 12 years you sorta get to know what people write. Try it sometime.
Isn't Damian's stamping of tiny feet, ever so cute!?
Since day one, he slings around all kinds of 'accusations', claims,
etc., like there's no tomorrow. But when asked to back them up, the
silence is deafening. Did I already say "Pathetically transparent!"?
