Morning again.
FBG 109
BP 116/81 at a pulse of 59
Anything higher than 85 on the FBG isn't a good thing.
Apparently being in the range of 85 to 100? adds 40 percent
to cardiovascular events. Or this is how I remember what
I was reading. The book is a decade back though it was
close to the leading edge in its day.
So today more projects and to read up on warm up
exercises/stretching to determine if the concept has any basis
in science as opposed to moldy jock strap tradition.
