Post-exercise BG is 77 and its a post-meal number.
The meal was a good grade of sour cream without
any starch and a whole apple all eaten an hour and
half ago.
The blood pressure is odd at 120/86 at a pulse of
89. Difference between the systolic and
the diastolic aka the pulse pressure is youthful.
The systolic is passable and diastolic is too high.
Whats going on here? I am on 400 mgs of CoQ-10
currently so maybe?
Off for green beans and fenugreek. I shouldn't
eat any more cheese today.
Tomorrow I'll harvest some greens from the garden
despite of the recent frosts.

FBG was 97 this morning not 130 or 140.
The thiamine and other things I do are doing nicely.
Again has anyone else actually tried truly high dose thiamine?
