I forgot the carnitine.
I did remember the high dose of thiamine and the benfotiamine dose.
And I ate an orange at bedtime, thus a FBG of 110.
The BG should now drop from here on out during the
day provided I don't eat fruit or carbs.
there is work to be done and I am late already by weeks............Trig
I skipped eating much of the day. I had a piece of fruit, peanuts,
and chicken about 2 hours ago and the result
a BG of 132. Nuts. The last large dose of thiamine was 10 hours ago,
I think. I've had two pieces of fruit today though I did moderate
exercise for
~30 minutes.
Well it seems I need regular habits and less fruit.................Trig
I am eating more regularly. And I suspect inositol helps the BG.
Last night I took inositol, high dose thiamine, benfotiamine,
and carnitine (?) with the result morning BG of 106 though
I did eat an apple at 4 AM.
Next bedtime I'll do all of the above plus fenugreek and
milk thistle silymarin.
I did run 5 miles yesterday.
BP is 128/84 at P of 72..........not ideal and certainly pre-
hypertension.
Another 5 miles and a BG of 80. Thiamine is on-board as is inositol
and carnitine and not tiny doses.
Experience based medicine is superior to "'science' based medicine",
IMO.
Trig
Hasn't anyone tried the high dose thiamine?
But then maybe they are all further down the road on the
T2 DM?
I've eaten peanut so I may have blown the carb threshold?
Time to swallow most everything I take. I am not going
to test now.
Should I split wood, dig out a stump by hand, or run another
5 miles
tomorrow........................................................Trig
Another cycle. FBG 106 BP is 135/82 at a P of 59.
Got the thiamine, carnitine, inositol etc lon board
last night.
I need a few more interventions for the blood pressure or
maybe just a higher dose of CoQ though I am up to 400
mgs per day. Magnesium? Taurine?
Anyway. i'll get my exercise today and drop the BG
into the 70's or 80's. The extra thiamine makes the
BG responsive to exercise whereas before its influence
was limited.
Few carbs for the day........................Trig
