That is very sad Julie, I know how much you and Angela love that cat
;(

Yes. Angela can't stop crying.

Poor girl. If our family cat had died when I was Angela's age, I would
have been heart broken, too. I'm so sorry.

Thanks. I think she is feeling better now. We know of a cat who is
pregnant or might have had the kittens. As of Friday she was due any
time. I am going to see if we can get two of the kittens. By the time
they are old enough we should be able to kitten-proof the home.

A new kitten or puppy are very good grief healers. Although some people
can't handle it I know.

We just don't like not having an animal in the house. Doesn't feel right.
She was asking to go to Paddywack. They have a nice room with adoptable
cats in it. I told her not today. I didn't even bother getting dressed. I
did take a shower because I wasn't able to do that yesterday. But I put on
a dress. It's just a simple knit. I wear it as a nightgown. Not at all
flattering. Can't imagine wearing it as a dress. It was one of those cheap
clearance things.

I have to go back and finish mopping the floor. Maui had a super huge
litter box and underneath it was a specially designed mat for trapping
litter. I tried to tell Angela to pick it up by folding it so the loose
litter didn't get all over. But... She flung it out into the air
scattering the litter everywhere. So now the bathmat is in the washer. She
did sweep the floor but it needed to be mopped. I did do a quick mop but
need to go back and do it better.
