I know plenty of diabetics who eat a high carb diet and still keep their BG
in a narrow range when they test. Yes, they don't test often. Are they in
a narrow range at all times? How would I know? How would they know?

If one applies logic to the situation, then the chances are very poor
that they stay in a narrow range at all times.

I'm afraid this won't help you, though.
