: The worst I've ever had was when I ate something yummy and carby at work
: that I shouldn't have, and by the time I got home my BG had travelled up
: and was dipping down with reactive hypoglycemia. But I needed to shovel
: snow, so I grabbed the snow shovel and cleared the walk. When I got
: inside, I felt funny, so I lay down. Then I felt really dizzy and
: nauseous. It took me a bit realize what had happened. My hands shook
: too much to test, so I took a glug of maple syrup and lay down again. I
: started feeling better after about 10-15 minutes, and by the time 1/2 an
: hour had passed, I was up and making (a low-carb) dinner.
: Lousy feeling, going hypo.
