Exactly. There's quite a lot of literature about direct harm from low IGF1.

We are not talking about a decreased IGF at abnormally low levels but
a super physiological increased that's diet induced. Too little
insulin is not a good think nor is too much.

I've even seen you state, in years past, on the relationship between
increased IGF and breast cancer.
