IMO, that's - effectively - impossible to tell!
Am I supposed to eat the exact same meal twice, but only change from
whole grain to refined grain, while keeping *all* of the *other*
variables - including, but not limited to, GI, GL, time of day, etc. -
the same!? I don't think so!
Actually I was thinking some people might have done such testing.
