It been at least 6 or 7 hours since food and the BG is 138.
BP is 127/79 at a P of 58.
I didn't exercise yesterday and the days prior
the exercise was less than usual. It maybe
the DM is progressing. And it maybe that nitrated
food push this pathology along at a "visible rate"?

Another thing I better watch is my use of nutritional yeast.
Decades I ago I've heard it claimed that it raised BG.
Perhaps it does over all instead of just by of its carbs???
Just a hypothesis or worry at this point and likely
without basis.
