BG 151 should I believe this?
I go wash the hands and its say 142
at the second check..
I rub the finger to make utterly
sure its dry and the following reading is 130.
Just how noisy are these strips?
Are the bloody things telling me anything?
Sounds like they might be telling you how fast your BG is going down
after a spike. Do it again. If you get similar results it wasn't
noise.
IMHO measurement noise in strip chemistry etc. has much less effect on
the accuracy of measurements than methodological noise and systematic
error (bias).

It seems I'll have hunt for spikes. This is the batch of strips
that are less than ideal that was in the news for recall. And
a couple of these strips didn't look quite right though I expected
too low of reading not too high.
My early morning BG is 125 after a meal of three eggs
and several tablespoons of a homemade tomato sauce.
I think that night I had eaten too many brazil nuts and other
nuts. It was a bit of craving.
More snow on snow but I still may run today.............Trig
