No exercise yesterday and sleep approaches
here in the early morning. A light snow has
covered the frozen earth and it will colder for
a number of days.

The BP is at 134/81 at a P of 69. I still haven't
taken any Mg++ or K+. I did restart on the
benfotiamine. The lipoic acid bothered the
stomach this evening, so I'll reduce the
dose. And I've drank too much coffee
which didn't help the stomach. I did
a fair bit done today. I got the cold gear
and garment bag repacked for the old truck.
