You can check the text of the regulation. If there is currently no
billing code for this activity, I'm sure one will be added. Or perhaps
the annual checkup visit will be allowed to be longer. Being that the
article is from the New York Times, the leading liberal newspaper in the
US, it's highly unlikely it would report this out of fearmongering,
their editorial opinion is that this is a good idea.
