How do you feel about this being enacted by regulation after being
rejected
by Congress due to the objections of the public?


Since the objections were based on rumor and gossip, it's okay with me
that facts were used to establish the regulation.



So the voters' opinions don't count, someone other than the voters is
allowed to decide the voters' opinions are wrong?

That's the "progressive" way!
