it will get worse one way or another.............Trig
I had to post. I got a 99. Not quite a pure FBG as I ate
about 8 am and its nearing 11 am.
So maybe the exercise did it. Or was it the BP med?
I suspect the pork links of raising the BP? So maybe
one a day, as flavor of other foods?
BP is currently 129/77 at a P of 63. The systolic is
higher than I'd like. My herbals don't seem to change
the BP even the ones that are said to work. To be
more accurate, hibiscus tea
seems to work while the BP is pretty good but when
it starts to go up, it doesn't. ??? So I suspect
there is more than one mechanism going on.
I've upped my vitamin C intake.
Wireless Internet service is very suboptimal and its management
has lied and its supporters lie.........Trig
