If you get burned a "few" times with medical care, things really are as
bad as you think.

I got "burned" four times, including _every_ doctor I saw at the Veteran's Hospital. That can make it seem pretty bad. But it's possible that some of the hundreds (thousands?) of doctors that
work for the Veteran's Administration are good ones. And even
if not, it's possible that some of the tens of thousands that don't
work there are good ones.
