What you have to do is describe how each of your symptoms and conditions affects your ability to perform your tasks at work and your routine activities of daily living, too. With objective measurements like length of time you can tolerate certain activities, and how often in a week or month, for example.
Be descriptive and use measures, don't stop with subjective descriptions.
