Bud, I truly feel sorry for you that you had such a horrible time

I didn't hear him say he had a horrible time nor lash out at anyone..

He talked about the meal he enjoyed and got a lecture in return.

That's what I saw too. For Xmas dinner I do actually pig out, I enjoy
Xmas fare very much and damned if I am going to give up that one special
meal a year for the sake of a (potential) bg rise. I think Budd's
restraint for a special meal was admirable.

Methinks Budd was attacked by a few, not all, mainly because of his
religious beliefs. I found his post to be light hearted, not fact
heavy.

Kurt

and again you are lying.  no one has discussed any religious issues in
this thread except Budd, and when he did no one engaged him on that
topic.

And...nobody "attacked" him either.

You think no one did, I think several did. Those are just opinions.
The fact is Budd felt attacked.

Personally, I've felt he has been the object of attack by a few ever
since he came back and got into a religious argument here. I'm no fan
of religion or his personal religious beliefs but don't think they
should be used to judge his opinions about diabetes. And I'm not
saying that you do that, Cheri.

Now if you will excuse me, I have to go hop on my corporate jet and
take to the "Sky."
