How many people have ever tried BAKED sweet potato with no glaze?
Personally, I love 'em.

Same here, been eating them like that for years, I have no idea what a glaze for them would be :-) Here we tend to eat veges as is without anything else except maybe butter although I have tended to sprinkle a little cinnamon on them lately.

The idea was to get different foods we diabetics enjoy listed, high, low or
moderate carb not withstanding, and trusted everyone to have common sense on
portions ... eat what you, personally, can tolerate, so maybe someone else
could try them.

And, yes, mortuary, when all I seem to read is about one person or another
in a half panic over one or two high BG's, or this new pain or that new
bruise or ... ad nauseum.

Attitude has a lot to do with altitude, with how high we fly about our ills
and how far above Life's Clouds so as to be nearer the sunshine.

Me? I'm going sonic straight up.
