Had my first visit with my new Ophthalmologist today. I walk in on
time, to find a full waiting room.
I go up and sign in and have a seat and fill out the patient info
sheet they always give to new patients. Turn it in and go right into
the process of the exam, no waiting.
Check the pressure, eye charts and check for the new prescription. Get
the eyes dilated, (only waiting in the whole process), go to see the
doc and spend a lot of time examining the eyes, comparing results to
the medical records forwarded by last Ophthalmologist from previous
state.
Except for the new proscription everything else is as expected from
last exam a year ago. Cataracts have not progressed enough to do
anything about yet.
Will see again in a year.

Very good news, Mack! My eyes have so far continued to be without problems,
so I hope yours do to. When the time comes to do the cataracts, as you
probably know, it should be a simple operation.
