It is new to me.
I don't have anything against NPH and regular, it kept me alive for 27
years before I switched to Humalog and Lantus a few years back and I
got pretty good at it the NPH+R regimes. But at least in my head, the
more modern insulin methodologies (basal+bolus) seem more appropriate
for me, than 75/25 mix.

U-100 is the concentration... your Lantus and Novolog are also U-100.
