I suggest reading it in full. It is fascinating. I noticed a comment

posting this" before actually reading it.

I regret nothing and your snarky comment here is not as clever as you
had hoped it would be. Unlike some people you see in the mirror, I
appreciate most things posted by Gys (someone who I believe doesn't
have an agenda) even if it goes against some of my personal beliefs
and opinions. I stand by my comments I made about it to Gys.

Kurt

The comment you made expressed your personal opinion and had no
relationship at all to the item Gys posted. He could have posted a
report on the depth of canals in Holland and your response would have
been equally relevant.

Here is exactly what you wrote:

IMO, the single biggest problem with the
diet of Americans (and no doubt many other countries) is that most
people know what really bad foods are, but choose to eat them, and too
much of them, anyway. That mixed with a sedentary lifestyle is a
prescription for disaster. I think your simple recommendation of "move
more, eat less" is a guideline that should be advised.

That's like a politician, making a statement of belief regardless of
an interviewer's question. How on earth do you relate that to the
critique of the DGAC report?

Hypocritical much!?

If anyone has no justification for complaining about a 'response' not
applying to the parent-post, it's you! You do it all the time, and then
get your knickers in a knot when people don't fall for your red
herrings. And also here you do it again, with your sting at Kurt.
