ALA and biotin also compete with the absorption of

I take a rather large dose of pantethine, biotin, and

but it will be a while.

hi Trig

i've heard very good things about Bentofaimine (b-5) as being a
neuropathy treatment as well

you have now told me that if i take Benfotaimine i will have to look for
biotin

is there any competition between Benfotiaimine and ALA-R?

Err benfotiamine is not vitamin B-5 which comes
in several forms such as panthenol, pantothenic
acid and its calcium salt and pantethine.
Benfotiamine is a form of thiamine that bypasses
how thiamine is taken up out of the gut lumen.
So no, I don't recall that is competition between
these two. Rather the competition is between
biotin, B-5, and lipoic acid as I understand it.

Are you playing a mind game?
