Interrupting this argument to ask about VLDL. I gather that VLDL must be the
small particle LDL that is thought to contribute to plaque formation. Is
this routinely broken out in your periodic lipid panels? It doesn't appear
on mine. This sounds like something I should ask my doctor about doing next
time. Is it significantly more expensive?
