I did see and did know that high BG can cause high cholesterol. Or perhaps
it is not that simple. Such as eating too many fast acting carbs can raise
triglycerides.
Anyway... Can someone provide a cite that proves high cholesterol causes
high BG?

I think you are a master in misinterpreting information.
I said, and feel encouraged to read this information back, I said that there is a relation.
LDL particle size and insulin resistance are related.
I also cited three references in the thread newbie that investigated the relation between LDL particle size and insulin sensitivity.
It is maybe not exactly the same as saying that fat concentration in blood cause high BG.
No, it says that there are subjects in a research group that show a statistical relation between insulin sensitivity and LDL particle size.
