Gys, have you ever come across studies that involve roughly equal
amounts of the big 3? I eat around 1500 calories a day with roughly
equal amounts of fat (mostly from monos), protein and carb.
About 500 calories per group. Roughly 125 gr carb, 55 gr fat and 125 gr > protein. The fat is mostly from avocado, eggs, walnuts and olive oil. Protein is from the eggs, some yoghurt, chicken and fish. Obviously my dietary items change from day to day but that is a typical day. I eat low starch veggies, fibrousy ones too, rye bread, corn, sweet potato.
I don't remember an experiment where they tried this, sorry. I do notice that these are my favourite items too. The amount and/or % may vary a bit because on some days I'm stubborn enough to try to save the planet single handed and eat vegan only.
