Yesterday was supposed to be Gardening Day so I intended to have
another Testing Day while relatively active. It didn't entirely work,
due to an arctic blast so strong that it blew a towel complete with
clothes pegs right off the line and halfway across a flower bed, and I
came in several times to drink coffee and get warm. The previous day
I'd done a long and fairly intense walk so overall the exertion level
was fairly well up
Fasting 5 (90) post breakfast 6.5 (117) mid afternoon 5 (90) post
dinner 5.1 (92) pre evening meal 4.8 (86) and I got carried away
working on a website and missed the postmeal time but I doubt it
differed much
So thank you very kindly for all your Advice From The Authorities but
I think I'll carry on just as I am
(I finished the gardening today, ended up plastered with grass from
the weed whacker and had to vacuum myself. The wind was still pretty
dire, my neighbour came over to see if I could retrieve her washing
bowl which had blown right across the street and under my car)
I know not of what Advice From The Authorities you speak, but your numbers
sure sound good to me!
