Novolog Bubbles

The syringe needle is in the vial. When i am filling the syringe,
there is a constant stream of bubbles in the vial. It is funny to
watch. Like a waterfall. There is froth in the vial. What causes
this? Is the insulin any good? The vial is only about two weeks old.
