Did I read this correctly?

Did you really need to read it to figure that out??

Susan

Susan,

I have never had any problem with alcohol except that I don't particularly
care the mental effect it has on me.

I do not like walking around in a fog. I realize this feels good to a lot
of people. It has always felt really crappy to me.

And yes, I did not know if long term use of alcohol would be bad for
treating T2. This is still a fuzzy area for me. At what level of alcohol
consumption does this damage occur? Is there a sweet spot where I can keep
my BG level very low and not cause long term damage?

It comes down to a very simple question, for which I do not expect any
simple answers. How many oz of rum per day is safe ?

I suspect that there may be automatic prejudice against alcohol
consumption that colors some people's judgment. This same kind of faulty
judgment makes use of heroin for pain management of cancer patients
illegal in the US and legal in GB. We all need to look at things from an
outcome view rather than a good and evil view.

What possible good could come out of heroin? Ever know any heroin addicts?
Or former addicts? Apparently not!
