I've never tried ginger in capsules. I take fresh ginger cooked in
food, pickled with sushi or sashimi or in a tea. More recently the
tea has been made with pomegranite rinds.

Great, got that sorted. Just one demand! I get to help your lovely
wife (she sounds like an absolute diamond) in the kitchen - washing
dishes and preparing veg.

Our daughter does the dishes, but you can dry-roast the red Thai chiles!
