Simple vs. carbs is totally meaningless to your metabolism and your
pancreas. Forget the terms, they only matter to chemists.

I went there Susan and they have no information for sprouts. I am guessing they may not be good for me. I was fondling a box of sprouts in the grocery store here looking for any nutritional information. There was none. My wife came along and saw me and said "you know those are probably bad for you right". I put them back on the shelf.
They have a sweet taste that is probably sugar.
