I agree with you Michael about a real butcher store, the only problem
in Brooklyn, I no longer know any of them

There is one, but it is a kosher butcher shop and the meat is salted.
Wendy do you buy glatt kosher meat from a butcher.

I think all of the grocery stores here have a butcher shop in them. I
rarely use them. I usually buy meat at Costco or pre-packaged stuff.
