Uffe Ravnskov, in The Cholesterol Myth, presents evidence on the first or second page that there is _no_ correlation, at least if you measure
the same way Ancel Keys did. Ancel Keys only found a correlation by cherry-picking seven countries and ignoring dozens of others.

On the other hand, Ravnskov next attacks the measurement of CVD by pointing out that some countries are far more likely than others to admit to the cause of death being cardiac. And to attack the measurement of fat consumption by pointing out that Keys measured
it by amount _produced_, not amount actually consumed by humans.
