It's not just me, maltodextrin is extremely glycemic; I don't use
granular Splenda, terrible aftertaste. I blend the drops with xylitol
to lower the carbs.

If you stick to 1 serving of a baked good it won't. 1 sachet in a coffee
isn't a problem. Why should a serve of a baked good be any different?

Most of the "tols" give me terrible gas. Even a single stick of gum can do
it.
