Sorry to report that my shoulder and arm, broken now over 5 years ago,
will still bother me at night if I lie on it or move in the wrong way.
Doesn't keep me from sleeping, but as changed my basic sleep positions.
had four accidents, the last three riding my bicycle. I know - the pain
never quite goes. I can still relate certain aches in my neck, arms and
shoulders to specific accidents. That on top of arthritis which is starting
